Quick Bhadang (Churmura) - Crunchy Spicy Puffed Rice Snack

Bhadang is my all time favorite snack. It delicious crunchy crispy and specially I love to eat roasted garlic in it; hmm what a taste of roasted garlic, so I always add more than recommended amount garlic in bhadang. Very quickly made and can be eaten at anytime. You can make 'instant bhel' out of this bhadang. Just add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and some lemon juice, mix well and its ready.

If puffed rice is not crunchy then first dry roast puffed rice for a about 4-5 minutes and keep aside then proceed to tempering and rest of method. You can add any other dry fruits like cashew, raisins, pecan, almonds of your choice instead of just peanuts. Enjoy this mount watering spicy crunchy puffed rice snack, Bhadang.
