Method:

1. In large container, add all ingredients expect chicken, veggie, chaat masala and skewers. Mix well.

2. Add the chicken and veggie pieces, to this mixture. Coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees or heat gas grills/pans to make tikka.

4. Thread the marinated chicken, veggie pieces onto the skewers. Grill the chicken evenly for 10 minutes or more until fully cooked occasionally turning around.

5. Sprinke chat masala and add lemon juice over grilled chicken. Mix well. Garnish chicken tikka with onion and line wedges.

Note:
1. If using wooden skewers completely submerge them in water for approx. 30 minutes. This will hinder them from catching fire while grilling.

2. The orange food color can be used to give authentic look but skipping the color will not hinder taste. Here I have not used food color.
3.These tikkas are used in preparing Chiken Tikka Masala. Chicken Tikka Masala is the a creamy spicy curry dish made with the chiken Tikka.
