Buy a packet of Haldiram's Chana Choor Garam from your nearest Indian grocery store or any other company's chana choor garam also works well. Remember to check the best by date.
Then follow these guidelines to mix a savory Sunday Snack for yourself and your family members and friends too. Also u can make it as picnic menu. Just prepare before, keep in ziploc bags and when ready just mix and have fun.

Ingredients:
1 cup chana choor garam
1/4 cup spicy sev(I have not used but it adds taste)
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 cup onion(finely chopped)
1/2 cup tomato (finely chopped)
2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1 tbsp cilantro (finely chopped)
1 tbsp tamarind paste(to taste)
1 tbsp tomato sauce(to taste)
salt to taste
Method:
1. Mix chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt.
2. In a medium bowl, add chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, and cilantro.
3. Sprinkle mixed spices and toss.
4. Add dry Chana Choor Garam, spicy sev(optional), tamarind paste and hot and sweet tomato sauce.
5. Toss well. Adjust to your taste. It should be crunchy, spicy and tangy.
6. Serve and Enjoy.
