Dahi pohe

Serve: 2

1 Cup thick Pohe
2 cups Yogurt                 
1/2 tsp Sugar 
1 tsp fresh coriander(finely chopped)
2 tsp crushed roasted peanuts
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt to taste

For Tadka:
2 small green chilies(finely Chopped)
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Urad dal
5-6 Curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric powder(optional)

1. Wash pohe and drain it.

2. Gentaly beat yogurt, add sugar,crushed peanuts and salt mix finely. Add this yogurt mixture to soaked pohe.

3. Heat oil in small deep pan, add urad dal fry till light brown on medium flame. 

4. Now add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chilies, turmeric powder and curry leaves. Toss for a minute.

5. Pour the seasoning on dahi pohe. Add chopped coriander and mix well.

6. Serve.

1. If yogurt is sour then add some milk to it, gently beat and soak pohe in it.

2. To make it oil free just blend chilies, cumin seeds, roasted peanuts, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt and sugar with yogurt and milk. Mix this to washed pohe.
