Whole wheat bread toast with oat & spices

Time: 5 min
Serve: 2

2 whole wheat bread slice
1 Cup instant oat
2 tsp semolina(Rava)
1/2 Cup water (or little less)
1-2 green chilies (as per taste)
1 tsp coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp each cumin - coriander seeds powder
1 tsp Olive oil
salt to taste

1. Soak instant oat with water for 2 min. Add all ingredient expect oil and bread.

2. Cut bread in triangles, apply oat mixture on both sides evenly.

3. Heat oil in non stick pan, roast bread on each side till golden brown on medium high heat.

4. Serve hot with mint chutney, tomato ketchup and/or tamarind chutney.
