Tava/Grill Pav Bhaji Pizza


Grilled pav bhaji pizzas are our next day brunch after we have pav bhaji for dinner. Its very quick and yummy just need few bread slices, leftover pav bhaji and cheeeese..


Time: 10 minutes
Serve: 8 slices

Ingredients:
8 bread slices(white/whole wheat/flat bread/ bagel)
1-2 cup leftover pavbhaji
1-2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup green/red/yellow bell pepper/capsicum(finely chopped)
1 tbsp dry basil powder
1 tbsp dry oregano powder

Method:

  1. Heat up non stick flat pan, or grill on medium heat.
  2. In bowl, take mozzarella cheese, basil powder and oregano powder. Gently mix together.
  3. Take a bread slice, spread 2-3 tbsp pav bhaji all over bread. 
  4. Now 2-3 tbsp spread mozzarella cheese over bread. 
  5. Top up with finely chopped vegetables, here I used green bell pepper.
  6. Now lower the heat, place bread pizza slices and cover it with lid.
  7. Its done when all cheese melted and bread slice become slight crispy.
  8. Enjoy delightful quick and easy pizza.


Notes:
1. Whole wheat/ white any kind of bread will do.
2. Make variation using different vegetables like finely chopped onion, spinach, olives, jalapeno, mushroom as topping.
3. Choose any kind of cheese, I prefer mozzarella.
