This Kadhi recipe is quick and easy, very similar to regular besan kadhi recipe just replaced besan(chickpeas flour) with rajgira flour and omitted garlic. This kadhi goes very well as a side dish with sama pulao, khichadi, thalipeeth. Good for toddlers(or babies) too just omit or lower amount of chilies and garlic.

Ingredients:
1 cup Yogurt
3 tbsp Rajgira flour
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp inch Ginger(crushed/paste)
1 Green Chilies(crushed/paste)
1/2 cup Water(or more depending on thickness of kadhi)
1/4 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Clarified butter or ghee
1 tbsp Coriander leaves(chopped for garnish)
Salt as required

Ingredients:

1. In bowl, take yogurt, rajgira flour, sugar and salt. Whisk until smooth.
2. Now add water and whisk until no lumps.
3. Heat clarified butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, crushed ginger green chili paste. Saute nicely for a minute.
4. Lower the heat and add the rajgira flour mixture. Stir very well and simmer for few minutes.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve kadhi hot.
Notes:
1. You can me kadhi with various flours like amaranth flour, buckwheat flour (kuttu ka atta), arrowroot flour or water chestnut flour (singhare ka atta).
2. Now add water and whisk until no lumps.
