Vegan Strawberry Banana Smoothie with Chia Seeds

Quick, easy, vegan, gluten free and cooling strawberry banana smoothie refreshment drink. Made in minute and super healthy. Here is my another recipe of protein packed strawberry banana smoothie.


Time: 5 minutes
Serve: 300ml or 8-10 fluid ounces about 2 short glasses

Ingredients:
2 Bananas (peeled & sliced)
6 large Strawberries (hulled and diced)(I used frozen strawberries)
1 cup  Soy milk(or almond milk)
2 tsp Chia seeds(as toppings)

Method:

1. In blender, add diced strawberries, sliced bananas and soy milk.

2. Blend until smooth about 1 minute or two .

3. Transfer to 2 glasses and top with chia seeds. Serve immediately.


Notes:
1. Can replace strawberries with any choice of berry.
2. Can replace soy milk with any choice of milk.
3. To make it chilled refreshment add few ice cubes.
