Peanut Butter & White and dark Chocolate Bark with Pecan


For all chocolate lovers, here is quick and easy recipe no cooking or baking require. Choose your favorite chocolate dry fruit and make variations to this recipe.

Time: 30 minutes
Serve: 20 bark circles


Ingredients:
1 cup dark/semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
Pecans for topping(or nut of your choice)





Method:
1. Line a standard baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.

2. Place the dark/semi-sweet chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute at 50% power. Mix well and repeat in 30 second increments until melted.

3. Pour and spread 1 tbsp at a time melted dark chocolate in circle shape evenly on wax paper….you decide on the thickness.

4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 10 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, place the white chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute at 50% power. Mix well and repeat in 30 second increments until melted.

6. Place the peanut butter in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds on low. Mix well and repeat in 30 second increments until melted.


7. Pour and spread 1 tbsp at a time melted peanut butter on dark chocolate circle and spoon over with melted white chocolate. Top up with pecan or nut of your choice.

8. Place the sheet back into the freezer for at least half an hour if want to wrap up as gift or eat right away.
