Tutti Frutti Biscuits are easy to make. To make these cookies rich, add chopped cashew nuts to the batter. Prepare the log, freeze it for a couple of hours, cut them, bake and you are done. Tutti Frutti are papaya cubed and candied into various colors like green, red and yellow. Tutti Frutti can be added to any cookies, ice cream cakes to give a vibrant color and taste.
1/2 cup Mixed Color Tutti Frutti(or less)
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Sugar(fine sugar)
1/2 cup Walnuts & Almonds(chopped)(or less)
2 tbsp Curd
a pinch of salt

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Cream butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
3. Now add curd, essence and rose water. Mix well.

4. Add all purpose flour,salt, tutti frutti, chopped walnut & almond. Knead into dough.
5. Place dough on plastic cling wrap(or parchment paper/wax paper). Shape it into a log, wrap well and refrigerate for 45 mins.
6. Cut the log into 1/2 or 1 cm thick pieces and place in 1 inch distance apart on parchment paper cookie sheet.

7. Bake for 15-20 mins until lightly brown on edges. Keep aside let it cool down completely.
8. Store in air tight container on shelf. Enjoy.
Note:
1. The cookie may feel soft when hot, but it will turn out crispy when cool.
2. Add any nuts of your choice and can replace half of all purpose flour with oats flour.
