Chapati Rolls-Spinach Paneer Chapati Rolls

Chapati Rolls is healthy yet delicious and practically easy to make idea for picnic or for lunch or as a snack. Here I made spinach and paneer chapati roll. 
You can make roll with other vegetables like capsicums, fenugreek leaves, shredded carrots, shredded cabbage, shredded radish etc.



Time - 15 minutes
Yields - 5 rolls

Ingredients:

5 chapati or phulka 
1  onion(finely chopped)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 cup spinach(finely chopped)
1 cup paneer(finely chopped/ strips)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1 tbsp Oil
5 tbsp hummus(optional)



Method:

1. Prepare chapati and keep it ready.

2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, when it splutters, add finely chopped onions. Saute until onions turn transparent.

3. Add ginger garlic paste, all the spice powder and salt as needed. Saute for few minutes.

4. Add spinach and paneer pieces. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes until all water from spinach dried out. Switch off the flame. Let it cool a little.

5.  Take a chapati, spread 1 tbsp hummus(optional) and 2 tbsp of spinach paneer stuffing. Tightly Fold into a roll.

6. Pack it for lunch or picnic.

Note:
1. Can make it more spicy by adding chopped green chilies.
2. Use different vegetables or cooked rajma, chickpeas for making stuffing.
