Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour/maida1 cup milk powder
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup ghee(Clarified butter)(I used 1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Mix the dry ingredients all purpose flour or maida, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda.
3. In another bowl, take sugar, milk and ghee(Clarified butter). Whisk until all sugar dissolve completely for about 2 minutes.
4. Now slowly add dry ingredients and stir until it becomes a smooth batter.
5. Gently fold raisins into batter and pour the batter in a greased pan.
6. Bake cake batter for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
7. Let it cool completely, slice the cake and serve.
