Nutritious protein rich, full of antioxidants, super delicious smoothie. Great for breakfast, after workout drink, on the go quick drink, for children, snack time, picnic, weight loss, add lots of ice to make it ice cold summer drink. Here is my another simple banana strawberry smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla soy milk (to taste)(or milk or coconut water)
6-8 almonds
1-2 dates(optional)

2 tbsp protein powder
2 tbsp oats(Instant cooking/old fashioned)
1 banana(frozen/fresh)
6-8 strawberries(frozen/fresh)
dash of cardamom powder(optional)
dash of cardamom powder(optional)
few ice cubes(optional)
Method:
1. Blend all of the ingredients for 20 to 30 seconds or until everything completely blended in.
